Multi Vit Rx review, how many capsules a day should you take ? this product is trademarked by Physician Formulas A daily multivitamin and mineral supplement
MultiVit Rx is a top selling products along
with Mind Power Rx, Diet Rx, Eyesight Rx, Passion Rx, Prostate Power Rx
and Joint Power Rx. All the products are formulated by world renowned medical
doctor and bestselling author doctor
Ray Sahelian, M.D.
Although it says to take up to four capsules
a day of this product, most people find one or two capsules provides improved
energy and wellbeing. You don't have to take these pills every day, but rather a
few times a week is sufficient.
Why take a multivitamin
supplement?
While many people get enough vitamins from a healthy and balanced diet,
others should take a multivitamin supplement to help maintain a healthy body.
Children and pregnant women need more vitamins than the average person, and may
be prescribed a multivitamin by their doctors, says the U.S. National Library of
Medicine (NLM).
Other candidates for a multivitamin include people whose illness prevents them
from absorbing enough vitamins from food, or people who don't or can't eat
enough vitamin-rich foods.
Multivitamins are available in chewable tablets, capsules, tablets you swallow,
and in liquid form. It's important to follow the package or doctor's
instructions when taking a multivitamin, the NLM says.
questions
I have heard multi-Vit and mineral supplements should
be separate prods - but now this multivitamin prod combines the two?
There is no right or wrong answer in terms of combining vitamins and minerals or
taking them separately. There is also no general agreement in the medical or
nutritional community as to the ideal dosage or combination of vitamins and
trace minerals to supplement. Each person has a different diet and people live
in different parts of the country or the world and what works for one person may
not work for another. The body has an ability to a certain extent to use what it
needs from supplements and most often get rid of the excess.
What are your thoughts of using
Passion Rx
a natural formula used as a
male
enhancement supplement pill along with a daily one a day natural vitamin and
mineral product?
If the dosage are low they can be used the same day.
Is the MultiVit RX multivitamin
sufficient for someone approaching sixty years old?
Yes, it is appropriate for any age. Older individuals
need only one capsule a day.
I am currently taking a WalMart one-a-day
Multivitamin, plus a B-50 vitamin, plus Magnesium 400mg and Inositol 500mg each
day and a small amount of
selenium.
Is there an advantage to taking MultiVit Rx instead of what I am doing
now, and can you take them every day? I am also taking your Mind-Power-Rx and
have just ordered you Good Night Rx. Occasionally I Take Kava during the
daytime, But only as needed and not more then once or twice per week.
There is no simple answer since each person responds differently.
We are not thrilled about B50 vitamins since the dosages are too high. The best
way to tell which product works is to try it. It is not possible for us to
predict which you will like more. Keep in mind that taking too many vitamins can interfere with
sleep. MultiVit Rx and Mind Power Rx should not be taken the same day since they
are both potent, and it is a good idea to take a day or two off a week
completely from the supplements.
I just bought Multivitamin RX, Diet Rx,
Mind Power Rx for better brain function and Eyesight Rx. Can I take a capsule of each a day?
We suggest taking only one of each by itself for a week till you
learn how each one works by itself. Thereafter you can consult with your health
care provider depending on your particular needs. Just keep in mind that they
are potent and combining them could give you too much alertness, energy, and
shallow sleep. The Eyesight Rx is taken every other day or half a tablet two
days on, one day off.
Prevagen jellyfish
extract has been promoted in some literature I received, could it be
combined with the daily formula?
Probably but we don't know enough about it yet.
